DD Ranch (Part 1)
We're going to make 3 or 4 posts for this event, because we have so many pictures (and we'll try to post a 3 second video, as well).
Phoenix has been very into COWS recently and wants to stop at the side of the road and "see" them. Phoenix and his Mor (Lisa) have the same definition of "see" and that would be "touch"!

So, we (Phoenix and Lisa) decided to visit the DD Ranch in Terrebonne, again. We visited over 7 months ago, during the first part of October, to get some pumpkins to carve for Halloween. This time, Phoenix was MUCH more into "seeing" all of the animals and he wanted to pet and feed each one! There were peacocks, ducks, chickens, roosters, rabbits, pigs, cows, horses, miniature horses, donkeys, goats, and sheep. Phoenix enjoyed it so much (even though the weather didn't really cooperate) that we'll be going back this weekend when Mommy (Steph) comes home.
This is a working ranch that the couple live on and keep it open to the public. They sell meat (from their livestock) and they have a u-pick garden / farm, as well. They have an event area and are open for Halloween and Christmas activities. In the "off season" they are open daily for visitors and school field trips. There is a petting zoo and 2 play areas for kids. These are free! And, a hay ride is just $3 and $5 for a pony ride. We just did the "free" things today!

Tumbling Time... with balls!
Here I am playing at Toddler Tumbling Time... and again, there were no other kids, but that's okay, because I like to play with my Mor (Lisa), too! Besides, I mostly just want to throw and kick all of the balls around the tumbling shapes. My Mor sets up everything for me to climb on, since we're the only ones there!
Notice my SHORT hair!

First SHORT Haircut
My hair was getting pretty long and since I share my Mor's (Lisa's) morning bed head (see pictures)... we decided to try a shorter haircut for the Summer. My Mommy (Steph) loves it. But, my Mor (Lisa) thinks it's a wee bit too short. Luckily, it will grow out!

Playing Outside
My Mommy (Steph) took these pictures when I was outside playing with "Plex" (a character from a show I watch called "Yo Gabba Gabba"). I call him "Gaga"... to which my Moms laugh because of someone they listen to (sing) who calls herself "Lady Gaga", but I don't know who that is!
I let my Gaga climb a tree and play on my slide / climbing cube!

New hat and mittens
My Mommy (Steph) found these hat and mittens on clearance and the other day, when the weather got a bit chilly and I wanted to go outside to play, she let me try on my new hat and mittens... along with my camo-dino pj's and my bee boots! Beautiful! I loved my new hat and mittens so much I didn't want to take them off!
Dandelions
I'm learning to blow the "fairies" off of dandelion heads! Here I am in my wagon, while my Mom takes us for a walk, and I'm still practicing blowing... in the end, after getting some of them stuck on my teeth, I found it easier just to PULL the "fairies" off!
